meet mo.

With a background ranging from fine dining to taprooms, Mo has seen all sides of hospitality operations. She spent her formative years bussing tables and greeting guests before working her way up the ladder. She has brought those fundamental values of respect, organization, operational efficiency, and need to have a good time to every position she has filled. Most recently, Mo fought tirelessly to bring a multi-million dollar grossing restaurant through the hell that was 2020. She hopes to use the skills she has learned in her experience to assist other restaurants with their challenges including, but not limited to, staffing pars, inventory management, recipe adherence, and marketing. Her utmost goal is to help you create a work environment that staff look forward to coming to each and every day. In restaurants, it’s more true than ever that your staff are more than just your employees. #welcometothefamily

why sage?

Sage brings calm out of chaos. As an herb, sage has been used for centuries as a natural pain reliever and as a protective against stress and inflammation. In addition, because of sage’s antimicrobial properties, it is used in smudging (burning) to clear impurities, pathogens, and keep bacteria, viruses, and fungi at bay. At the end of the day, sage is one of my favorite herbs to add to delicious dishes to impart those homey, warm flavors that we seek when the weather starts getting cold, when the air gets a little harsh, and we just want to feel protected and comfortable. I’ll be sure to give you some sage advice!

Don’t worry, we won’t be burning sage in your establishment. I do, however, know someone who will if you’re interested.

And that’s what I do at sage: I’m here to help reduce the stress, cleanup operations to make them more efficient, and help relieve the pain of the challenges of running a restaurant. I’ll work to help you feel protected, comfortable, and in charge.
